The major thing that we like to remember is that you are of the utmost importance.  So keeping you warm and happy is always our number one priority.

Often our clients will ask us why we don’t have more reviews online.  The reason is simple: at this stage, we don’t ask for them.  When someone is kind enough to leave a review, or pay us a compliment in writing which they say we can pop up on our website, then we do it.

However, we are not chasing reviews when we come to repair or service your heater, we are there to make you and your loved ones happy. That’s what matters most.
